In March 2020, Matthew Knight obtained a favorable defense verdict in a premises liability case. Plaintiff was injured when he attempted to start removal of an exterior sign on the Chatham Rug building. The sign came loose and Plaintiff fell to the sidewalk, sustaining serious injuries.
