Martin J. Breslin (“Marty”) is an Associate at Clark Johnson & Knight, Ltd. He primarily practices in the areas of municipal defense, general liability, premises liability, and civil rights.
Marty attended Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Marty was a Rule 711 Legal Intern for the Chicago Transit Authority. Through Chicago-Kent, Marty also participated in pro bono representation of Plaintiffs in a § 1983 case in the United States District Court of North Dakota. He also worked at two other Chicago area law firms during law school.
Before law school, Marty worked in fundraising at the University of Arizona.
