In July 2018, Matthew Knight and Michael Atkus obtained a defense verdict in a premises liability case involving snow and ice removal. We successfully argued the appropriate jury instruction to be utilized in such a case. Plaintiff appealed on that basis and we successfully defended the defense verdict on appeal. Morgenstern v.
