Summary Judgment Granted for Police Officer in Fourth Amendment Search Case and Upheld by Seventh Circuit

In Socha v. City of Joliet, et al.  2023 WL 5334595, CJK obtained summary judgment on behalf of police officer who was alleged to have obtained a search warrant for Plaintiff’s cell phone in violation of her Fourth Amendment rights.  Affirmed by Seventh Circuit at 107 F.4th 700.
